- Upon the authority of Anas ibn Malik (radiallahu anhu) that the Prophet (sallahu alayhi wsallam) said, "Make things easy for the people and do not make things difficult, and give glad tidings and do not chase them away. For indeed you were only sent to make things easy and you were not sent to make things difficult." Related by Al-Buhkari (no.69) and Muslim (no.1734)
